How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the package, event date and customization. Your timeline is confirmed after reviewing your project request.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Each package includes revision support, with additional customization available when needed.
Can guests RSVP from their phones?
Yes. The invitation experiences are designed to work across modern phones, tablets and computers.
Can you connect my Amazon registry?
Yes. Registry and gift links can be integrated into supported packages.
Do I need my own domain?
No. A custom domain is optional. We can discuss the best sharing method for your event.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Clear expectations before your project begins.
Khalfani Digital Solutions creates customized digital products and event experiences. Because each project requires individual design and development work, refund eligibility depends on how far the project has progressed.
Before work begins
If you cancel before design or development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.
After work has begun
If work has begun but your first design or proof has not yet been delivered, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50%.
After the first design or proof
Once the first design, proof, preview, or customized work has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.
Completed or published projects
Once your digital invitation or web experience has been completed, approved, delivered, or published, payments are generally non-refundable.
If we cannot complete your project
If Khalfani Digital Solutions is unable to complete the agreed project, amounts paid for the uncompleted project will be refunded.
Important:
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection law. Cancellation requests are reviewed individually before a refund is issued.
